A Recipe for Sex–Actually A Recipe for Better than Sex Cake
After last night’s blog on Sex and This Girl’s City, I thought is was fitting to find a recipe that would carry (no pun intended) on with the same theme–since I am not a sex blogger and all. 🙂 So this morning when I learned that we would be headed to a friend’s home for dinner, and knowing I would ask what I could bring (as any good guest does), I knew the search for a sex-related recipe would be on.
Luckily for me, my friend asked us to bring dessert which was the best possible answer she could have given me. There was no reason for me to dig through my recipe box and find something that I could put a sex spin on–I already had the perfect recipe memorized. And yes it is so good that I have this one locked away in the files of my mind.
The perfect sex-themed recipe is Better than Sex Cake or for those of you who need a child appropriate title or are just plain offended by this on, Better than Anything Cake. This cake is incredible.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Chocolate Cake Mix
- Water, oil and eggs as called for on cake mix package directions
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 jar (17 oz) caramel topping
- 1/2 jar (17 oz) butterscotch topping
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2-3 crushed heath candy bars
Preheat oven to 350. Bake as directed on package for 13×9 inch pan. Cool 15 min. Poke top of warm cake every ½ inch with fork creating holes for topping to soak into. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over top of cake; let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake. Drizzle with caramel and butterscotch topping. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Spread whipped topping over the top of the cake. Sprinkle with crushed health candy bars.
Enjoy!
Cover and refrigerate any remaining cake.
Whether or not this recipe is actually better than sex is a matter of opinion but either way it is one you will never forget.
